1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of Quizvela, provided by Quizvela (postal address available on request at contact@quizvela.com). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.

3. Your content

You keep the rights to the material you upload. You give us a limited licence to process it only to provide the service to you. Only upload content you have the right to use, and do not upload unlawful material.

4. AI-generated material

Questions, explanations, grades and summaries are produced by AI and may contain mistakes. Check important information against your course or official sources. Quizvela does not guarantee any exam result.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
• Do not use Quizvela to cheat in an exam where that is forbidden.
• Do not resell access or scrape the service automatically.
• Do not share content that infringes others' rights or is harmful.

6. Plans and payments

The Free plan has monthly limits shown on the pricing page. Unlimited features on paid plans are subject to fair-use limits (for example, a maximum number of AI requests per hour) that stop automated or abusive use. Pro subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Prices can vary by country and include taxes where required. Statutory withdrawal rights apply where your local law provides them.

7. Suspension and termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms, after notice where reasonable.

8. Liability

The service is provided with reasonable care but without warranty of uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the operator's country of establishment, without depriving consumers of the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence.
